No Return Policy:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Items, or Exchanges:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or if you wish to exchange a product, please contact us immediately.
To process your claim, an unboxing video is required, clearly showing the package being opened and the issue with the product.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Refunds, Replacements, or Exchanges:
Upon verification of the unboxing video, we will offer one of the following options based on product availability:

• Replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• Exchange for a different product of equal value (subject to availability).

• Refund (if applicable) to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
